Services
Services are designed with care and compassion in mind. I offer individual & couples therapy, and fertilty support - both online and in-person.
Individual Therapy
Sometimes life feels like too much. You might be struggling with anxiety that won't let up, feeling stuck in patterns you can't seem to break, or carrying pain from the past that still affects you today.
Therapy gives you space to explore what's happening beneath the surface - to understand yourself more deeply, process difficult emotions, and develop new ways of coping and moving forward.
I work with adults facing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, trauma, PTSD, grief, sexual abuse, and questions of identity. I also have a particular passion for working with young adults as they navigate the complexities of early adulthood.
Together, we'll create a space that feels safe and supportive, where you can be honest about what you're experiencing and work toward the life you want to live.
Fee: €80 per session
Couples Therapy
Relationships are complicated. Whether you're struggling to communicate, feeling disconnected, or facing a specific challenge, couples therapy offers a chance to understand each other more deeply and rebuild what feels broken.
I work with couples at all stages - whether you're trying to navigate conflict, rebuild trust, or simply feel closer again. My role is to create a space where both of you feel heard and supported as we work together to strengthen your relationship.
Fee: €120 per session
Fertility Therapy
The journey through fertility challenges can be one of the loneliest experiences. The emotional toll of trying to conceive, undergoing treatment, or facing loss is often underestimated and under-supported or over-looked.
You don't have to go through this alone.
I offer compassionate, specialized support for individuals and couples navigating fertility issues - at any stage of the journey. Whether you're just beginning to try, going through IVF or other treatments, coping with pregnancy loss, or processing the grief of what hasn't happened yet, therapy can provide a space to be honest about how difficult this is.
Fertility struggles affect every part of life - your sense of self, your relationships, your hope for the future. Together, we can process the pain, navigate the uncertainty, and help you find support and strength through one of life's most challenging experiences.
Fee: €80 per session (individual), €120 per session (couples)
Burnout & Workplace Stress
If you're feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, or like you've lost yourself to your work, you're not alone. Burnout doesn't happen overnight - it builds gradually until one day you realize you can't keep going at this pace.
I understand workplace burnout firsthand. I spent over 10 years working in commercial production before experiencing it myself. I know what it's like to feel trapped in a cycle of stress, to question whether it's worth it, and to struggle with the guilt of not being able to "just push through."
Whether you're dealing with an unsustainable workload, a toxic work environment, pressure to constantly perform, or simply the accumulated weight of years without proper boundaries, therapy can help you:
Process what's happening and why you're feeling this way
Understand the patterns that led to burnout
Rebuild your relationship with work and set healthier boundaries
Assess your work-life balance and what needs to change
Navigate difficult decisions about your career or workplace
Rediscover who you are outside of your job
You don't have to have all the answers. Sometimes the first step is just admitting that things can't continue as they are. From there, we can work together to find a way forward that feels sustainable and authentic to you.
Fee: €80 per session (individual)
FAQs
Feel free to contact us with any questions about our services, but here are a few frequently asked questions that might answer your queries.
01
How do I book a session?
The best way to get started is to get in touch via the contact form or by email. I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation so we can have a brief chat, get to know each other a little, and see if it feels like the right fit. If we both feel it's a good match, we'll arrange your first session from there.
02
What happens in the first session?
The first session is about getting to know each other and understanding what's brought you to therapy. I'll ask about what you're currently experiencing, what you're hoping to work on, and a bit about your background. It's also a chance for you to ask any questions you have and get a sense of how we might work together. There's no pressure - it's as much about you deciding if I'm the right therapist for you as anything else.
03
How long are sessions and how often do we meet?
Sessions are 50 minutes long. Most clients meet weekly, especially at the beginning, as this provides consistency and momentum. As therapy progresses, some people move to fortnightly sessions. We'll discuss what feels right for you and your circumstances.
04
Do you offer online sessions?
Yes, I offer sessions both in-person at my practice in Clontarf, Dublin 3, and online via a secure video platform. Online therapy can be just as effective as in-person sessions and offers flexibility if you can't travel or prefer meeting from home.
05
What are your fees?
Individual therapy sessions are €80. Couples therapy sessions are €120. Payment is typically made at the end of each session by bank transfer or cash.
06
What's your cancellation policy?
I ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. This gives me time to offer the slot to another client. If less than 48 hours' notice is given, the full session fee applies, unless it's due to an emergency or illness.
07
Is everything I say confidential?
Yes. Everything discussed in our sessions is confidential. The only exceptions are if there's a risk of serious harm to yourself or someone else, or if there's a legal requirement to disclose information (which is very rare). If I ever needed to break confidentiality, I would discuss this with you first wherever possible.
08
Do you accept insurance?
I don't work directly with insurance companies, but many health insurance policies in Ireland offer some coverage for psychotherapy. I can provide you with receipts that you can submit to your insurer for potential reimbursement.
